Mikomax Smart Office has equipped another office designed by Trzop Architekci for a global company, this time in Łódź. References to the local culture, art, and characteristics of the city were also included in the spatial design and are reflected in elements such as the climatic wall decorations.
What have we done?
A global outsourcing company changed and enlarged its office during a process of expanding its business operations in the Polish city of Łódź. The main goal of the project was to create a functional office that would allow the employees to work in a pleasant atmosphere that fostered creativity. In addition, the working space should be health-friendly. In order to build this, we used the ergonomic Flexido workstations, mobile Soniq walls, and Hush acoustic cabins. The latter is particularly useful for enabling employees to concentrate on their work by shutting off the primary sources of office noise (such as telephone conversations or ad-hoc meetings in small groups).
The design of the office also includes relaxation and social zones, thanks to which the employees are able to recharge their batteries during the workday. We have made every effort for the workstations to not only be functional but also eye-catching due to their characteristic regional decorative elements.
In the following years, it is planned that additional workstations will be added to the office.
